Boltless Rivet Shelving

Rivet shelving is an easy-to-assemble, durable alternative to metal shelves. These storage systems are cost-effective and have high capacities, meaning each shelf can hold a good amount of product. They provide a great solution for organizing the items in your warehouse in a way that fits your requirements. With different heights and lengths available, you can easily find the size that works with your specific layout.

At Warehouse1 we offer shelving units with different types of decking including wire, wood and particle board. The decking is oftentimes sold separately. We also offer both new and used boltless shelving units to satisfy different budget levels. Contact our experts if you need help determining which shelf units you need.

Easy Installation

Rivet shelving makes setting up your custom shelves a breeze! All you need are the proper shelving parts and a rubber mallet. We walk you through the easy steps on how to assemble and install in the video below, or you can contact our in-house design experts for further direction.

How to Assemble and Install Boltless Rivet Shelving

Rivet Shelving FAQs

Q. When is boltless shelving a good option?
A. This type of shelving is excellent for storage and since there is no sway or cross bracing, you are able to access your products on all 4 sides. If you’re looking for an industrial storage solution at a low cost, you’ll want to consider rivet shelves.

Q. Is it hard to assemble?
A. No, many of our customers assemble the shelving themselves. You you only need a rubber mallet to lock parts together, and it usually takes 30% less time to install than traditional metal shelving.

Q. Do the shelves have to be wood?
A. Wood shelves are the most popular, but we also offer a wire mesh shelf. The wire mesh decking allows for dust to fall to the ground level. Also, it’s best suited for larger items, as it’s possible for small products to fall through the wire mesh, too.
